Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS PUBLIC HEARING, in accordance with Section 824 of the New York City Charter, will be held on February 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via Conference Call No. 1-646-992-2010, Access Code 717 876 299.

 

IN THE MATTER OF the acquisition of a property located at 300 Prospect Avenue - Goodhue Park, Phase III, of the Staten Island Tax Block 100, Lot 30 (the “Property”). The City is acquiring the Property to facilitate the expansion of Goodhue Park in northeastern Staten Island’s New Brighton and Randall Manor neighborhoods in Community District 1.

 

The proposed acquisition was approved by the City Planning Commission pursuant to NYC Charter Sections 197-c on August 19, 2009 (ULURP No. C 080192 MMR / Cal. No. 33).

 

The purchase price is $12,382,000.00.
