Description

The Agency is seeking a vendor to clean, dispose, index, restore, and transport at least 10,000 cubic feet of various types of records as required by DOB. This contract is for 365 Consecutive Calendar Days (CCDs). Late bids will not be accepted. 

This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB)  is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the CSB, insert the EPIN, 81026B0001, into the Keyword search field. In order to respond to the CSB, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so.
