Description

LaGuardia Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY) seeks a qualified contractor to provide services for removal and installation of a new dust collection system at the College’s Shenker Hall, M-Building Lobby, 31-10 Thomson Avenue. Long Island City, NY 11101. The contractor shall provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor and equipment to provide asbestos abatement and duct removal services as set forth in greater detail outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB).

A Mandatory site visit is scheduled for Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11 AM.  You must respond that you will be attending the site visit, no later than Thursday, December 11, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Please e-mail the designated contact below, Tawanikka Smith pricequote@lagcc.cuny.edu to inform that you will be attending. In your site visit confirmation e-mail, please include the names of all who will be attending from your organization. Those vendors who do not respond by the site visit response deadline, will not be permitted to attend the site visit.
