Description

New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) is seeking a consulting team to provide services to its NYC Catalyst Fund II impact investing program (the “Program”). The consulting team will be asked to provide NYCEDC with operational due diligence services in a range of key areas including general operations due diligence and investing operations due diligence. Details on each of these areas will be explicit in the RFP.

NYCEDC plans to select a consulting team on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include but are not limited to: experience of key staff identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, the quality of the proposal, and the proposed fee and cost schedule.

Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC by Monday January 2, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to NYCCF-ODD@edc.nyc. Answers to all questions will be posted by Monday, January 12, 2026, to https://edc.nyc/rfps. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5:00 P.M. on January 2, 2026 however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to RFPrequest@edc.nyc on or before Friday, January 23, 2026.
