Description

The Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify vendors to provide food services across its shelter system in all five boroughs. Selected vendors will be responsible for delivering prepared meals to a substantial population of adults and children living in temporary housing facilities throughout the City of New York. The contract is expected to span three years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with one option to renew for an additional three (3) years. Anticipated Contract Term: 7/1/26-6/30/29 Anticipated Funding: $ 47,726,267.04 Anticipated number of contracts: 1 Questions regarding this RFP must be transmitted in writing to the Agency Contact Person at ACCOContractPlanning@dss.nyc.gov. Questions received prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference will be answered at the conference. Responses to questions addressed at the conference and those received subsequently will shared in an addendum to the Citywide Bidder’s List through the PASSPort System.
