Description

The current contract will end on June 30, 2025 and is being extended because the agency cannot afford a delay to these services that provides permanent supportive housing for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). HASA's open-ended RFX (06925P0011) for permanent congregate housing and supportive services was released in April 2025. HRA/HASA seeks to continue the program as a bridge until the RFP is awarded.

The contract term for this NAE is for the period 7/1/25 through 12/31/25. The total contracts value is $335,640.00, including allowance.
