Description

The goal of the service program is to enable seniors to live independently and age in place in permanent, affordable housing with an emphasis on supporting formerly homeless seniors. Services will provide a range of engagement opportunities for all seniors living in these new senior housing buildings with light touch case assistance targeted for seniors who have histories of homelessness. The City reserves the right to change the number of units as deemed appropriate and necessary to meet need and demand.
