Description

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000.00, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. The Department of Investigation is seeking to procure annual license/support for OpenText Document Management, eDOCS Edition (eDOCS DM). OpenText eDOCS is an enterprise content management system that allows organizations to securely manage and collaborate on sensitive legal and investigative work products.

Any vendor who is capable of providing these services to DOI may express their interests no later than December 4, 2025 by 2:00PM.
