This solicitation is to obtain services for the ERC IEH - Services in Connection with Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and PCB Environmental Consulting. The SCA anticipates awarding up to Six (6) contracts to Consultants that are prequalified by the SCA at the time of contract award. The Not-to-Exceed ("NTE") award amount of each of these contracts will be up to Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000). The duration of each contract will be up to Three (3) years with no renewal option. To assist you with your request, the following is a summary of services that will be required:
General Information/Brief Summary:
The Industrial and Environmental Hygiene Division (“IEH”) of the School Construction Authority (the “SCA”) provides various environmental services for the Department of Education’s (“DOE”) Division of School Facilities (PO18 program and other programs as assigned) as well as for SCA programs and departments, including but not limited to asbestos, lead-based paint (“LBP”), PCB and mold remediation/abatement, survey, design and monitoring services. Consultants are engaged to provide the inspection/investigation, survey, design, oversight, air monitoring, and final clearance testing through requirements service contracts.
