Description

Pursuant to the Procurement Policy Board Rules, Section 4-04, the Administration for Children’s Services intends to renew its human services contract with Anthos Home Inc. (“Anthos”) for the continued provision of the Housing Navigation and Stabilization Services program. Through this contract, Anthos will continue to provide housing navigation and stability services for ACS youth aging out of foster care and ACS involved families for the purposes of seeking, securing, and moving into a permanent, affordable, safe rental unit with a publicly subsidized rental subsidy; establishing and maintaining housing stability; mitigating the risk of housing instability, eviction and homelessness. The renewal term of this contract is May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2029.
