Description

Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHA’s Purchase Order.  NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to two one-year renewal options.

Bid Security: 100% of IDIQ Contract Minimum, $50,000

Payment & Performance Bonds: 100% of selected vendors proposed Total Based Bid Amount

Labor Law 220i Public Work Registration Certificate/Certification: Pursuant to Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law .The Bidder and each subcontractor must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor.
