Description

Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a single contractor approved by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”) pursuant to Part 138 of the DMV’s Commissioner Regulations (“CR138”), as a Sponsoring Agency to provide online and in-person DMV-approved motor vehicle collision prevention courses to New York City employees and employees of other entities seeking this training through DCAS. EPIN 85625P0002 This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 3-03 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
