This is a NAE-4 with the incumbent provider to maintain continuity of Non-residential services for the minimum amount of time until a new RFP (06924P0019) is processed. RFX for new solicitation was released on 2/19/25. Currently the RFX is under review. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
Description

The HRA Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to extend Non-residential Services through Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) with the incumbent vendor, Urban Justice Center (UJC), for six months needed to complete the RFP (06924P0019) Solicitation process. The proposed NAE term will be from July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. All Renewals and Amendment Extensions were exhausted before utilizing the NAE method. This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP and ensure an appropriate transition of the program to potential new awardees. This NAE is for an existing contract as part of the FY-26 HHS Timely Registration. The total contract amount is $526,618.79, including $105,323.76 of 25% Allowance.
