This is a negotiated acquisition extension with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of services for the minimum amount of time until the new RFP is processed. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rules Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
Description

The Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with HELP Social Service Corporation to extend Non-Residential  and Home + services. This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP (06924P0019). The contract term for this NAE is for the period 7/1/25 through 12/31/25. The total contract value is $423,255.81, including the allowance. This NAE is part of the FY26 timeliness initiative.
