RFX for new solicitation was released on 2.19.25. Currently the RFX is under review. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.

Description

The HRA Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to extend Non-residential Services through Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) with the incumbent vendor, Sanctuary for Families, Inc., for six months needed to complete the RFP (06924P0019) Solicitation process. This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP and ensure an appropriate transition of the program to potential new awardees. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3.04(B)(2)(iii) for the reason set forth herein. This NAE is for an existing contract as part of the FY-26 HHS Timely Registration. The contract term is 7.01.2025 – 12.31.2025. The total contract amount is $857,039.68, including $171,407.94 of 25% Allowance.
