Description

In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the New York City Comptroller Office (the “Comptroller’s Office”), acting on behalf of the New York City Retirement Systems, is seeking to extend the existing Real Estate Investment Consultant Agreement with Townsend Holdings LLC (d/b/a The Townsend Group) for five (5) years, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030. The firm is a fiduciary and provides real estate investment consulting services.
