Description

The Department of Transportation is seeking qualified Consultants to provide engineering, architectural design, and inspection services for Citywide Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)-related projects. The Consultant shall comply with the Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for all Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funded projects. The DBE goal for this project is 0%. This Request for Proposals (RFP)/RFx is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFP/RFx must be submitted via PASSPort.

To access the RFP/RFx, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public To quickly locate the RFP/RFx, insert the EPIN, 84124P0011, into the Keyword search field. To respond to this RFP/RFx, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. A Pre-Proposal Conference (optional) has been scheduled for November 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM through Microsoft Teams. Proposers who wish to attend the Conference meeting can access by using the meeting link provided in the "Prepare RFX" Section - SETUP Tab - Pre-Proposal/Pre-Bid Conference Section in PASSPort.
