Scope of work: Furnish and install the Titan TBK-10 Dual brake plunger assembly, by removing the Elevator from Service and secure, Remove Single Brake Assembly/ Related, Install Dual Brake Assembly/ Related, Perform Weight Test Restore Elevator to Service, schedule witnessing.
The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”), Supply Management and Procurement Department (“SMPD”), on behalf of the identified contract administering department below, through this Solicitation, seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide NYCHA with services as referenced above.

This is a Fast Track Solicitation and will be open for 10 days. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held.
Bidders, please be advised, all questions MUST be submitted between October 30th to November 3rd, 2025. Please submit your bid on Friday, November 7, 2025 – After the Q&A Amendment has been attachment in iSupplier.
Minimum Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Public Work Registration Certificate, pursuant to NYSDOL Labor Law 220-I, must be provided for both the prime Bidder and each of its subcontractors.
- New York State Education Department Professional Engineering License (may be subcontracted).
- New York State Department of Labor Elevator Mechanic License (may NOT be subcontracted).
- New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) Elevator Agency Director License (may NOT be subcontracted).
- New York City Department of Buildings Elevator Technician License (may NOT be subcontracted).
- New York City Department of Buildings Elevator Helper License (may NOT be subcontracted).
This is a solicitation and not an order. This solicitation does not represent a commitment by NYCHA to purchase any services from a vendor. NYCHA reserves the right to postpone, or cancel this solicitation, to alter the requirements at any time, to reject any and all proposals, and to request new proposals and/or refrain from awarding any contract pursuant to this solicitation if NYCHA deems it in its best interest to do so. In addition, NYCHA, in its sole discretion, may waive what it considers to be non-material, non-conformance by a proposer with the requirements of this solicitation.
