This is the NAE-4 with the incumbent provider to maintain continuity of Non-residential services for the minimum amount of time until a new RFP 06924P0019 is processed. The RFX released on 02/19/2025 RFX is under review. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
Description

The HRA Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to extend Non-residential Services with the incumbent vendor, Womankind, through Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) for six months needed to complete the RFP (06924P0019) solicitation process. This NAE-4 will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP and ensure an appropriate transition of the program to potential new awardees. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3.04(B)(2)(iii) for the reason set forth herein. This NAE is for an existing contract as part of the FY-26 HHS Timely Registration. The contract term is 07/01/2025 – 12/31/2025. The total contract amount is $499,442.63, including $99,888.52 of 25% Allowance.
