This is a negotiated acquisition extension with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of services for the minimum amount of time until the new RFP is processed.
Description

This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP (06924P0019). The contract term for this NAE is for the period 7/1/25 through 12/31/25. The total contract value is $469,505.33, including the allowance.


Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein. This NAE is part of the FY26 timeliness initiative.
