Description

The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids to procure in bulk, Marine Engine Diesel Exhaust Fluid for use by the city of New York Department of Transportation (DOT) Staten Island Ferry.
