Description

The Adult Protective Services (APS) is a New York State mandated program under Human Resource Administration (HRA)/ Department of Social Services (DSS) to provide social services to the APS eligible clients who are mentally or physically impaired and have no one willing and able to help in a responsible manner. Heavy duty cleaning (HDC) services enable HRA/APS to prevent eviction and/or to place home care services into client’s residence, enabling impaired adults to remain in a community setting as an alternative to premature or unnecessary or costly institutionalization. HDC services includes – cleaning, garbage removal, disinfection and extermination to provide an orderly and hygienic environment. Cristi Cleaning has been selected based on their past experience with our program and the lowest bid price. We contacted the references for their performance, quality of service, timeliness and responsiveness. All references recommended Cristi Cleaning Services for their quality of service and responsiveness. We received their financial statement; it shows they have sufficient funds available to operate their daily activities until they receive any payments from the contract budget.
