The selected consultant will serve as the Application Operations Lead reporting to the OTI Application division. The Application Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team that provides operational support of any application built and deployed to AWS as part of the Application Modernization initiative. This will include providing security patches and fixes for applications. The Application Operations Lead will also be responsible for working across teams to coordinate processes such as infrastructure build out and continuous integration using DevOps best practices. The position requires critical thinking and problem solving in concert with the utilization of industry standard best practices to ensure applications are performant and resilient.
