Description

The New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to operate the WeCARE (Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Employment) Program. This initiative, integral to HRAs Customized Assistance Services (CAS) program, aims to serve Human Resources Administration (HRA) clients, managing medical and/or mental health conditions that may be barriers to employment by offering tailored services and individualized support. The program provides individualized approaches including wellness plans for untreated and/or unstable conditions; referrals for substance use disorder treatment and support; and vocational rehabilitation services among others. Ultimately, WeCARE seeks to help clients overcome barriers to employment and improve their overall quality of life, benefiting both their families and the broader community.
