Description
The Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with NYC Gay & Lesbian Anti-Violence Project to extend Non-Residential and Home+ Services. This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP (06924P0019). The contract term for this NAE is for the period 7/1/25 through 12/31/25. The total contracts value is $330,993.59, including allowance.
Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein. This NAE is part of the FY26 timeliness initiative.
