NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor will be entering into the following renewal(s)/amendment(s)) of (a) contract(s) not included in the FY 2026 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule that is published pursuant to New York City Charter § 312(a):

Vendor: New York Environmental Services Inc

Description of Services to be Provided: Removal and legal disposal of asbestos containment material (ACM).

Anticipated Procurement Method: Renewal

Anticipated Start Date: 12/01/2025

Anticipated End Date: 11/30/2028

Anticipated Modifications to Scope: None

Reason for Renewal/Amendment: This contract is currently being utilized by various Lines of Service within the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS). There are ongoing projects for the removal and legal disposal of ACM (asbestos containment material) which is mandated by the Department of Buildings’ requirements, and which is being undertaken by New York Environmental Services, Inc. We will require abatement work that surpasses beyond 11/30/2025.
