Description
The Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with Rising Ground, Inc. to extend Non-Residential & Home+ Services. This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP (06924P0019). The contract term for this NAE is for the period 7/1/25 through 12/31/25. The total contract value is $399,308.20, including the allowance. This NAE is part of the FY26 timeliness initiative.
