Description

This Project consists of replacement of existing roof for the administrative building and garage, exterior wall restoration of the administrative building and window replacement, and replacement of mechanical equipment serving the 1st and 2nd floors of the administrative building and garage roof. The project scope will also include installation of a new Building Management System (BMS) for newly installed mechanical equipment as well as existing boiler pump. Finally, the existing fire alarm system will be upgraded to meet NYC Building Code and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). CB: Staten Island 1
