Description

The vendor will provide consulting services for the project(s) mentioned below. The period of performance will be for thirty-six (36) months from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2028. Project description: M&O Services for DSS Application Systems Under this initiative, the combination of technologies, applications and services continues to be refined periodically through a continuous improvement process achieved by the partnership with various DSS divisions, outside service organizations, and contractors. This partnership is intended to ensure full alignment of a state-of-the-art information technology strategy with the business goals of DSS and results in the information technology that fully supports and empowers staff, clients and partners to maximize service delivery. It also involves implementation of information technology policies and standards as well as executing all data security requirements, information technology planning and acquisition activities and technology training within the Agency.
