Description

Placing the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) campaign ads on buses and subways from 5/30/2022 to 6/26/2022 for total contract amount of $198,198.17. Under this contract, HRA is purchasing (150) Subway Digital Liveboards, (145) King-Size Bus Posters, (500) Interior Bus Cards,  and (1000, 22x21) Subway Interior Cards. Outfront is the current advertising licensee for the MTA subway, commuter rail and bus systems. Outfront has the exclusive right to post and display advertising on those systems.
 

Procurement and award is in accordance with Section 3-01(d)(2)(iv) for the reasons set forth herein.
