Description

To deliver safe, reliable, resilient, and cost-effective wastewater treatment services for the Rockaway drainage area for the next 35-40+ years, in compliance with updated code requirements and operational optimization. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
