Bronx Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY) seeks sealed bids pursuant to an Invitation For Bids (IFB) to provide all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary Parts and Installation for Preschool and Infant/Toddler Playground at the Childcare center.
There is a mandatory site visit scheduled for Thursday, October 16th, 2025 at 1:00 P.M.
Attendees shall meet in the Purchasing Department at Colston Hall, 8th Floor, Room 821 at Bronx Community College, 2155 University Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453. Advanced Response for the site visit is required for security purposes. Please email the Designated Contact below to inform them of the names of the attendees from your company. Vendors shall respond in advance to be permitted to enter Bronx Community College.
Prevailing wages apply to this solicitation.
Prospective vendors shall have been in the general contracting service and have experience in the supply and installation of Preschool and Infant/Toddler Playground. Contractor shall supply on a lump sum basis all labor tools, materials and equipment necessary Parts and Installation for Preschool and Infant/Toddler Playground at the Bronx Community College Association Inc. (“Bronx Community College Early Childhood Center as described in further detail in the (IFB) document attached.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
