Scope of Services: Interactive Voice Response/SMS – SaaS. The need for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) calls by New York City Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) exists within HPD to allow HPD staff to contact large numbers of building owners and tenants with a single phone call. This method of communication has been effective in informing building owners of policy changes, upcoming required building registrations, and notices of changes in building codes due to legislative action. It has allowed HPD to efficiently contact tenants and building owner with notices of upcoming inspections due to complaints and problems in their buildings. The current product, "IVR”, is used by HPD and enables call campaigns to be set up quickly, supports multiple languages, and allows for interactive responses. HPD has invested significant time and resources in building out the infrastructure to support these campaigns with various notifications for tenants and building owners.
Maximum Value: $380,000.00
Term: 9/1/2024 through 8/31/2026
Renewal Clauses: 1 renewal options for 2 years, from 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2028.
