Description

Procurement is for four contract awards for the installation of self-closing door hinges in occupied, residential buildings as directed by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Contractor shall remove all existing hinges and replace them with correct and functional hinges to restore doors to proper self-closing and latching operation. Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the required removals and installations.

Bronx contract will be valued at $1,800,000; the other three contracts will be $1,200,000.
