Description

Pursuant to the Procurement Policy Board Rules, Section 4-04, the Administration for Children’s Services intends to renew three human/client service contracts, with the contractors listed below, for the continued provision of the “Safe Way Forward” program. The Safe Way Forward program provides prevention services, such as therapeutic intervention, for families in child welfare experiencing intimate partner violence where there are risks to child safety and well-being. The renewal term of these contracts is December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2028, and includes one option to renew for an additional three years.  The name and address of the contractors, the procurement EPINs, and the service locations for each contract are listed below.
