Description

Contract OB-136 will upgrade the OB WRRF high-tension service, previously installed under OB-125, to meet Con-Edison EO-2022 design requirements, supporting the memorandum of understanding executed between Con-Edison and NYCDEP on October 6, 2011. This contract includes the installation of two main transformers, rooftop solar panels, a stormwater infiltration basin, two new property line manholes and underground duct banks to provide new electrical service to the building. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal Navigator at https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public.
