This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). The NYC Law Department sought a car service that provides service from New York City to all 5 Boroughs, the Tri-State Area, and occasionally outside of the TriState Area. The ride service will primarily support our Night Court attorneys. We have approximately 100 rides per month. The car service will be available 24/7, and cars should be available with no more than a 15 minute wait time from the scheduled order time. We expect this contract to be for a 3 year term with a 2 year renewal beginning November 30, 2024.
