The project is in partnership with the New York Public Library (NYPL). HPD is currently exploring the opportunity to expand the pilot to additional buildings in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan. For this project, HPD will hire a consulting firm to support the creation of a business plan for use in assessing whether to expand the network.
