Description

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Environmental Protections, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Itineris NA Inc. The New York City Department of Environmental Protection - Bureau of Customer Services (BCS) requires ServiceLink Licenses.

DEP-BCS DEP utilizes a proprietary billing system called UMAX from Itineris NA Inc. This proprietary solution has been custom built to integrate with a specially configured version of a field tablet application called ServiceLink that is provided by Service-Link, a division of N. Harris Computer Corp.

ServiceLink software licenses allow Water Use Inspectors and DEP contractors them to install and program water meters and meter reading devices. DEP has determined that Itineris NA Inc is the sole authorized source of these licenses. Any firm which believes is authorized to provide such licenses are welcome to submit an expression of interest and letter stating from the manufacturer that they are authorized to provide it. All related inquiries should be sent via the Discussion Forum in PASSPort or to Noah Shieh at noahs@dep.nyc.gov, no later than September 11, 2025 by 2:00 P.M.
