Description

OTI seeks to contract a Sr. IT Business Analyst that will be responsible for eliciting, understanding, and documenting business requirements, and translating those requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and mock-ups of the overall MyCity system. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will also provide leadership and direction to MyCity – Common Services and Service Site business analysts to make sure that their work, and the work of their respective delivery teams, is in alignment with the requirements for the overall MyCity system. They will assist in verifying that the system matches those requirements and ensuring that the system meets end user expectations. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will act as liaison between the Business, Development, and Testing teams, verifying test conditions, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations. The Business Analyst Lead Engineer will be responsible for ensuring proper preparation and documentation of artifacts for Program Increment Planning, Team Synchronization, and Inspect and Adapt events and tracking the Key Features that must be delivered by the system to meet the City’s objectives.
