Description

DCAS Division of Energy Management (DEM) is releasing this RFP to contract with one (1) qualified firm to provide Owners Representative - Program Advisory and Project Management Services for its Design-Build Program. The DCAS DEM Design-Build Program is focused on projects for energy conservation measures such as solar PV system installation, LED lighting installation, building system (i.e., Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Domestic Hot Water (DHW)) electrification, and comprehensive building energy efficiency retrofits across various City-owned facilities. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 3-03 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
