Description

The scope of work involves the renovation of Mitchell Community Center. This includes entrance upgrades, new finishes, new HVAC system, new lighting through most of the center, bathroom renovations, roof replacement, kitchen upgrades, and a new intercom security system.

    1. The release date of this RFQ is 08/14/2025
    1. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference was held on 08/21/2025 at 10:00 A.M., via Microsoft Teams. The pre-bid presentation has been uploaded to isupplier.
    2. All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the A&CM Procurement Unit at acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00 P.M. on 08/28/2025 Proposers will be permitted to ask questions at the Pre-Bid Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. 
    1. Bids are due 09/11/2025 at 11:00 A.M. via iSupplier portal.

Bid Submission Requirements

Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail.

After Proposer registers for iSupplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer’s iSupplier profile to be approved. 

It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline.
