Description

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Citywide Bidders List to identify a vendor to conduct the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspections, which is Housing Urban Development (HUD)'s new set of inspection standards for federal rental assistance programs. The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the inspection process for federal rental assistance programs. The vendor will also need to develop technical systems to ensure a streamlined and standardized inspection process. Interested participants can respond to the RFP by submitting a response in PASSPort. EPIN: 80625P0017 This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Section 6-129 of the New York City Administrative Code.
