Construction Management Services for Conversion of SHARON to Deammonification Process at Wards Island Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
