Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Board of Elections (BOE) intends to enter a Negotiated Acquisition contract with Home Products Inc. d/b/a EZ Access. This contract is to obtain ramp equipment to replace worn and broken ADA equipment already in BOE's possession. The contract term will be from 09/29/2025 through 09/30/2029.
