BWT-1635-MV: Dry-Dock Repair and Maintenance of Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Marine Vessels and Equipment. Shipyard Services. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
