NYC Department of Investigation to procure the Crow Canyon Platinum Implementation Package and professional service hours for additional implementation needs to install the Crow Canyon software completely.  

The Platinum Implementation package, a crucial part of DOI’s Crow Canyon software solution, promises a comprehensive software solution for our Purchase Order System (known as the IPRSupport process). With Crow Canyon, DOI will be able to streamline and automate its purchasing processes, from requisition to approval to fulfillment, offering a more practical and efficient automated method to process the agency’s operational requests, centralize vendor databases, and monitor budgetary values and expenditures.

Crow Canyon is the only authorized provider of maintenance, support, upgrades, modules, and integration for the Crow Canyon product or professional services.
