Under this NAE the incumbent vendor will continue to provide Housing Services for Families with Children without interruption until a new RFP is processed.
Description
The Department of Homeless Services is requesting approval for a one-year Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) and the 25% Allowance for the existing vendor, SEBCO Development, Inc., to provide services at Freeman Annex shelter for families with children, located at 999 Freeman Street, Bronx, NY 10459. Total contract amount is $1,892,283.00, including 25% allowance $378,457. The contract term is 7/1/2025 – 06/30/2026. This is a NAE with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of services for the minimum amount of time until a new RFP is processed, according to PPB Rule 3-04 (b)(2)(iii). The NAE is necessary to continue services until the new RFP is awarded, which would be released in Spring 2025.
