Description

The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide monthly parking spaces for 40 to 75 passenger vehicles, located in the vicinity of 25-01 Jackson Avenue (aka One Court Square), Long Island City, New York 11101.

Those that are interested must provide the following submission requirements:

        1.    Facility address 
        2.    Facility type (surface lot or covered garage) 
        3.    Indoor or outdoor 
        4.    Years in operation 
        5.    Number of parking spaces 
        6.    Number of staff 
        7.    Valet or self-park 
        8.    Entry/exit system (e.g., gate with pass reader) 
        9.    Operating hours (days and times) 
        10.  Re-entry allowed without charge 
        11.  Security system details 
        12.  Pricing structure (based on 36-month contract, monthly billing) 
        13.  MWBE certification (if applicable) 
        14.  Additional services offered (optional)

The SCA shall not be held liable for any pre-award activity or costs incurred by your firm for preparation and delivery of its response, producing materials, or attending meetings or any labor, in connection therewith.
