The FDNY has a need to extend the current construction management services contract for a term of one year to continue construction management services that cannot be obtained via competitive proposals without the risk of a gap in services.
Description

The Fire Department’s goal and objective for this negotiated acquisition extension is to continue construction management services for the purposes of providing uniform, high quality construction project planning, management, and execution of infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and renovation and rehabilitation of projects at various Facilities throughout the City of New York.
